Spicy Chocolate Raspberry Refrigerator Oatmeal

Ingredients

Turmeric Cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons Turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Oatmeal Recipe:
  • 1/3 cup uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup milk your choice I use almond
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon homemade Turmeric Cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon extra cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon dry chia seed
  • 1-2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2-1 cup raspberries

Instructions

  1. For Turmeric, Cocoa, Cinnamon and Nutmeg blend, mix all ingredients until well blended and store in a jar in a cool, dry place.
  2. For Oatmeal, place all ingredients excepting the raspberries into a 500 ml canning jar. Screw the lid on tightly, then shake the ingredients until mixed together completely.
  3. Place the jar in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. In the morning, remove the lid and place freshly washed raspberries on top.
  5. Eat with a spoon right from the jar!
