Spicy Dry Rub Recipe

This Spicy Dry Rub is rather spicy and works well on fish, pork, chicken, beef, as well as sprinkled on grilled vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 1/4 cup smoked paprika
  • 2 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 3 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 2 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 1 tablespoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  2. Pour into an airtight spice jar or tin.
