Spicy Guacamole

Spicy Guacamole only takes 15 minutes to prepare and is naturally gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan making it the perfect appetizer or condiment to serve with Mexican meals.

Ingredients

  • 4 avocados
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 Jalapeño
  • 1 lime
  • ¼ bunch cilantro
  • 1 Tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Chop the avocado, red onion, jalapeno and cilantro and juice the lime.
  2. Add everything to a bowl and stir to mix.
  3. Serve with chips or vegetables for dipping or as a condiment for your favorite Mexican entree.

Notes

  • Once in the serving bowl, squirt the top of the Spicy Guacamole with fresh lemon or lime juice to delay the browning process.
