Spicy Honey Vegetable Kabobs

Spicy Honey Vegetable Kabobs offer a grilled medley of mushrooms, red bell pepper, red onion, Brussels sprouts, and corn, all brushed with a sweet and spicy honey-based basting sauce. The vegetables are threaded onto soaked skewers, cooked over indirect heat, basted and finished on direct heat to develop a charred, flavorful exterior with tender vegetables inside.
