Ingredients
- ¼ cup mayonnaise regular or Japanese Kewpie mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoon Gochujang paste add more if you like it spicy, I added more gochujang paste as we like it spicy
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon lime juice or lemon juice – skip if using Kewpie mayo
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Quite simply add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk. That’s it!
- Serve immediately as a dipping sauce for French fries, potato wedges, and sweet potato fries, with fried shrimp, fried chicken, and schnitzel. Spread it over burgers, or sandwiches, or drizzle it over tacos.
