Spicy Korean Mayo (Gochujang Mayonnaise)

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise regular or Japanese Kewpie mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon Gochujang paste add more if you like it spicy, I added more gochujang paste as we like it spicy
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice or lemon juice – skip if using Kewpie mayo
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Quite simply add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk. That’s it!
  2. Serve immediately as a dipping sauce for French fries, potato wedges, and sweet potato fries, with fried shrimp, fried chicken, and schnitzel. Spread it over burgers, or sandwiches, or drizzle it over tacos.
