Ingredients
- ½ cup peanut butter creamy
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 garlic minced, cloves
- lemon juice of 1 small
- ¼ - ½ cup of water start with ¼
- ¼ teaspoon Sriracha sauce to taste, or other chili sauce
Instructions
- In a standard-size bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly with a fork or spoon. If you’d like it to thin out your sauce, add more water by the tablespoon until you reach your desired consistency.
Notes
- Warm peanut butter briefly to ease mixing if it is very thick.
- Add water slowly, one tablespoon at a time, to reach your desired consistency without over-thinning.
- Introduce soy sauce gradually to avoid excessive saltiness.
- Adjust or omit Sriracha to control spiciness according to personal taste.
