Spicy Pub mustard with Scottish ale and a hint of curry. Perfect with any type of sausage or bratwurst.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup dry mustard like Coleman's
- 1/4 cup brown mustard like Grey Poupon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 cup Scottish ale or any good quality craft ale
- 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
- 4 Tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except for olive oil in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- Slowly add olive oil and blend or pulse until mixed.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
