Spicy Pub Mustard

Spicy Pub mustard with Scottish ale and a hint of curry. Perfect with any type of sausage or bratwurst.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup dry mustard like Coleman's
  • 1/4 cup brown mustard like Grey Poupon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 cup Scottish ale or any good quality craft ale
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 4 Tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix all ingredients except for olive oil in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Slowly add olive oil and blend or pulse until mixed.
  3. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
