Ingredients

  • 1 tin cooked chickpeas (400 g, 13 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
  • ½ teaspoon rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then pat dry with kitchen towels.
  2. Leave to dry for at least one hour.
  3. Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 Fahrenheit).
  4. Toss the chickpeas with the olive oil, spread them on a baking tray, and roast for 45 minutes or until crunchy.
  5. Mix all the spices together, then remove the chickpeas from the oven, toss the spices in, give them a good shake and leave to cool.
