Spicy Zucchini and Squash Spears

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- crushed red pepper flakes more if desired, large pinch
- 1 zucchini cut into small spears
- 1 yellow squash cut into small spears
- salt to taste, sea salt and freshly cracked
- black pepper to taste, sea salt and freshly cracked
- 1 clove garlic minced
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the crushed pepper flakes to the oil and stir to combine.
- Add the zucchini and squash spears to the hot skillet. Season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
- Cook, gently stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic, and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
- Remove from the skillet onto a serving plate. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
