Spiked Wassail Recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 4 lices of lemon
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 4 cups dry red wine
  • lemon slices for garnishing

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Boil sugar, cinnamon sticks and 4 lemon slices in the water for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the cinnamon sticks and lemon slices and discard.
  3. Add pineapple juice, orange juice and wine and heat to almost boiling.
  4. Garnish with lemon slices.
