Ingredients

Spinach
  • 1 big bunch English spinach washed
  • ½ small onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
Filling
  • Above cooked Spinach
  • ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/8 cup fresh mozzarella/bocconcini chopped
Dough
  • 250 gms – 2 cups flour
  • A little bit less than 200 ml – 1 cup water at room temperature
  • 1 tsp salt
