Ingredients
Spinach
- 1 big bunch English spinach washed
- ½ small onion chopped
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
Filling
- Above cooked Spinach
- ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1/8 cup fresh mozzarella/bocconcini chopped
Dough
- 250 gms – 2 cups flour
- A little bit less than 200 ml – 1 cup water at room temperature
- 1 tsp salt
