Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cup Mango
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup ice (optional, but makes it colder)
  • 1 tablespoon Flaxseed (optional)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place spinach and water in a blender. Blend until smooth
  2. Add in the pineapple, mango, banana, ice and flaxseed.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. This serves 2.
  5. Drink immediately and enjoy!
