Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1/2 cup Mango
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup ice (optional, but makes it colder)
- 1 tablespoon Flaxseed (optional)
Instructions
- Place spinach and water in a blender. Blend until smooth
- Add in the pineapple, mango, banana, ice and flaxseed.
- Blend until smooth.
- This serves 2.
- Drink immediately and enjoy!
