Spiralized Jicama & Avocado Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large jicama
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes quartered
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • 1 Jalapeño minced
  • ½ cup Honey Lime Dressing click link for recipe
  • 1 avocado diced

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Peel the jicama, then place it on the spiralizer.
  2. Use Blade C to spiralize.
  3. Once spiralized, add the jicama to a large bowl with the tomatoes, onions and jalapeños.
  4. Pour the dressing over the top and toss to coat.
  5. Place in two bowls and top with the diced avocado.
