This Spiralized Jicama & Avocado Salad is a unique and healthy recipe that is gluten free & vegetarian. It's great for lunch or served as a side dish!

Ingredients
- 1 large jicama
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes quartered
- ¼ cup red onion diced
- 1 Jalapeño minced
- ½ cup Honey Lime Dressing click link for recipe
- 1 avocado diced
Instructions
- Peel the jicama, then place it on the spiralizer.
- Use Blade C to spiralize.
- Once spiralized, add the jicama to a large bowl with the tomatoes, onions and jalapeños.
- Pour the dressing over the top and toss to coat.
- Place in two bowls and top with the diced avocado.
