  • 1 Tablespoon spirulina powder heaped
  • 1 banana
  • ¾ cup milk
  • crushed ice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add Spirulina powder, banana, milk and some crushed ice to a powerful blender jar.
  2. Mix smooth.
  3. Enjoy cold.

Notes

  • The smoothie will turn out thicker with a frozen banana.
