Spring Pretzel Rolo Bites

This pretzel Rolo bites recipe is ridiculously simple. The combination of sweet and savory makes them irresistible no matter what the occasion!

Ingredients

  • 48 pretzels
  • 24 rolos
  • sprinkles of your choice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Get out and measure your ingredients.
  2. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  3. Place pretzels on a baking sheet, covered in parchment paper ideally, with a Rolo on each.
  4. Bake for 3 minutes.
  5. When removed from the oven, immediately push another pretzel onto each Rolo.
  6. Creating a little sandwich.
  7. Decorate with sprinkles of your choice.
  8. Until all have a little color.
  9. Serve and enjoy every bite!

Notes

  • Use parchment paper on your cookie sheet to make cleanup easy.
  • Use different sprinkles for different season. Pastel colors are great for spring and Easter. Red, green, and white sprinkles are perfect for Christmas.
