Spring Veggie Charcuterie Board

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup whipped garlic & herb cream cheese
  • ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 3 celery ribs
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ broccoli head
  • ½ cup yogurt covered raisins about 4 small boxes
  • ½ cup Chex mix
  • 6 large strawberries halved
  • 3 cups baby carrots sliced
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1 package Pepperidge Farm Golden Butter crackers

Instructions

  1. Place the celery and round 3.5 oz bowls down first
  2. Fill the bowls with the 3 dips, ranch, cream cheese and yogurt
  3. Slice baby carrots to fit around the two outside bowls creating flowers
  4. Slice the strawberries in half, slice off the back side to make them lay flat,
  5. Create two rows of the sliced strawberries
  6. Add dried cranberries down the center stalk of celery
  7. Layer sugar snap peas across the bottom for grass
  8. Add in a few small pieces of broccoli
  9. Fill square bowls with chex mix and yogurt covered raisins
  10. Place butterfly crackers along the outside

Notes

  • You can flatten the back of the strawberries or they will not stack without the use of toothpicks.
  • To save time, grab a veggie snack pack from the store and arrange it, you may need a few more carrots but it works great.
