Sriracha Aioli

Sriracha Aioli is a quick and tasty homemade condiment for fish tacos, steaks or burgers. Also an awesome spicy dipping sauce for french fries.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • juice of a lime (or lemon) to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine garlic powder and 1 tablespoon of lime juice in a small bowl and mix to "wet" the garlic powder.
  2. Add in sriracha sauce and mayonnaise and mix well to combine, then continue to add lime juice to taste.
  3. Keep in the refrigerator in an airtight container until you are ready to serve.
