Sriracha Aioli
Sriracha Aioli is a quick and tasty homemade condiment for fish tacos, steaks or burgers. Also an awesome spicy dipping sauce for french fries.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- juice of a lime (or lemon) to taste
Instructions
- Combine garlic powder and 1 tablespoon of lime juice in a small bowl and mix to "wet" the garlic powder.
- Add in sriracha sauce and mayonnaise and mix well to combine, then continue to add lime juice to taste.
- Keep in the refrigerator in an airtight container until you are ready to serve.
