Sriracha Honey Pulled Pork Tacos

Pork tenderloin is slow cooked in a crockpot with sriracha, honey and spices to create these easy & scrumptious pulled pork tacos!

Ingredients

  • 3 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • ¼ cup Sriracha
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed
  • 12 small tortillas corn or flour
Optional Toppings
  • avocado sliced
  • jalapeños fresh or pickled
  • cilantro chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine the chili powder, cumin, paprika, sea salt and black pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Rub this mixture on the pork tenderloin in a slow cooker.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the tomato sauce, Sriracha, honey, apple cider vinegar and crushed garlic together.
  4. Pour this mixture over the pork in the slow cooker.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once the pork is finished slow cooking, it will easily fall apart with a couple of forks in the slow cooker.
  7. Serve in tortillas with your choice of toppings.
