Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 lb (450g) Salmon fillet
  • chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the lime juice, Sriracha, honey, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Stir to mix well. Marinate the salmon in the mixture while the oven is preheating.
  3. As soon as the oven is preheated, transfer the salmon to a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Bake until it is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
  4. Remove the salmon from the oven and top with chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
