St. Patrick's Day Charcuterie Board

Making a St. Patrick’s Day Charcuterie Board is a fun, easy way to celebrate the holiday. It only takes a few minutes to put together and can be scaled to serve two or a crowd.

Ingredients

  • ½ pound Brie cheese see notes
  • ½ pound favorite cheddar
  • ½ pound Muenster cheese
  • 1 pound corned beef
  • 1 bunch green grapes
  • 1 whole kiwi
  • 1 apple
  • 1 large loaf fresh, crusty bread, such as French or Ciabatta

Instructions

  1. Slice cheeses and meats into bite-sized pieces. Arrange on serving board.
  2. Wash and prepare all fruit into bite-sized pieces. Arrange on serving board.
  3. Serve with broken chunks of bread, assorted crackers and a glass of wine.

  • Meats suitable to add to your cheese platter;
  • Fruits to add;
  • Any other of your favorites? Bananas don't work well because they brown so quickly. Apples, peaches, or anything that browns can be tossed into lemon juice before adding to the board.
