- ½ pound Brie cheese see notes
- ½ pound favorite cheddar
- ½ pound Muenster cheese
- 1 pound corned beef
- 1 bunch green grapes
- 1 whole kiwi
- 1 apple
- 1 large loaf fresh, crusty bread, such as French or Ciabatta

Instructions
- Slice cheeses and meats into bite-sized pieces. Arrange on serving board.
- Wash and prepare all fruit into bite-sized pieces. Arrange on serving board.
- Serve with broken chunks of bread, assorted crackers and a glass of wine.
