Ingredients
- 1 15.25 ounce box white mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1-1/4 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- green food coloring
- 1/2 ounce bag creme de menthe baking chips
- 8- ounce container refrigerated whipped topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray, or butter and flour the pan.
- Add the cake mix to a large bowl. Pour in the oil and milk. Add the eggs and beat on low until mixed thoroughly. Add about 6 - 8 drops of green food coloring.
- Add creme de menthe chips to the batter. Stir to distribute thoroughly.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.
- Then remove cake into a large bowl and crumble the cake.
- In small individual, glass bowls add the cake and spoon whipped topping on top of the cake.
- Sprinkle the whipped topping with creme de menthe bits.
- Enjoy!
