St. Patrick's Day Jello Shots

These layered St. Patrick's Day Jello Shots are made using the colors of the Irish flag. They're guaranteed to get the party started!

Ingredients

For the Green Layer
  • 1 box watermelon jello 3oz package - green color
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup watermelon vodka
  • 1/2 cup cold water
For the White Layer
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin 0.25oz packet
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 12-14oz can
  • 1 cup Irish cream liqueur Such as Baileys
For the Orange Layer
  • 1 boz orange jello 3oz box
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup Jameson Irish Whiskey

Instructions

Green Layer:
    Cup of Yum
  1. In a medium saucepan over medium high heat, bring 1 cup water to a boil. Add the watermelon jello mix to the water and whisk until jello dissolves.
  2. Stir in the cold water.
  3. Pour the green jello mixture evenly into your plastic shot cups, about 1/3 of the way.
  4. Place the jello shot cups on a tray and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until set.
For the White Layer:
  1. In a medium bowl combine 1 cup of water and the unflavored gelatin. Stir and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and Baileys Irish Cream to the mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Pour the white jello mixture into the cups, on top of the green layer, so that the cups are now 2/3 of the way full.
  4. Place the tray of jello shots back into the fridge until the white layer is set.
Orange Layer:
  1. In a medium saucepan bring 1 cup water to a boil. Stir in the orange jello mix until dissolved.
  2. Stir in the cold water and whiskey.
  3. Pour the orange jello mixture on top of the white layer, so the cups are almost full.
  4. Place the tray of jello shots into the fridge to chill until completely set.
