St. Patrick's Day Punch

If you love to celebrate the holidays, make this St Patrick's Day Punch. It is fun, festive and easy to make thanks to lime sherbet.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 ounces Lemon-Lime Powdered Mix like Kool-Aid
  • 46 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 Liters ginger ale
  • 2 quarts cold water
  • lime sherbet for serving

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Stir all the ingredients (except for the sherbet) together in a large pitcher or pinch bowl.  Chill for 30-60 minutes.
  2. Stir right before serving and serve topped with the lime sherbet.  Enjoy!

Notes

  • Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
