Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 cup M & M candies in your hockey team colours to decorate the top
Instructions
- Kick the tires and light the fires to 325 degrees.
- Melt the butter in a pot, remove from the heat and stir in the white sugar.
- Once that is combined, mix in your cocoa.
- Add in your eggs and mix it very well.
- Let the mixture cool a bit so that the chips won't entirely melt when you put them in.
- Once it's all done, add in your flour and barely stir it in. Just barely. Do not ruin these by over mixing them!
- IF you are using the Stanley cup, place in the middle of the skillet.
- Pour the brownie batter into a 10 or 12 inch skillet, spreading it out evenly. IF you are using the cup, you will not use all the batter! Do not fill it more than halfway up the side of the cup. Depending on skillet size, you might have leftover batter.
- Place - do not push in- the candies on top of the batter in the pattern of your choice.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until the brownies pull away from the side and are set in the middle.
