Starbucks Medicine Ball

Whenever I am sick, the Starbucks Medicine Ball is my go-to, and this homemade version is even better! Perfect for cold and flu season, this warm drink made of lemonade, honey, and tea is soothing and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces lemonade
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tea bag peppermint tea
  • 1 tea bag peach tea
  • fresh lemon slices, for garnish, if desired

Instructions

  1. Add 12 ounces lemonade to a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat for about 4 minutes.
  2. Add 2 teaspoons honey to a mug.
  3. Add the steaming lemonade to the mug and stir to dissolve the honey.
  4. Add 1 tea bag peppermint tea and 1 tea bag peach tea and steep according to the directions on the tea boxes or until it is as strong as you prefer. I steeped mine for about 4 minutes. Add fresh lemon slices, if desired.
