Steak Kabobs Recipe

Ingredients
For the Marinade:
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh Rosemary finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic finely minced
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
For the Kabobs:
- 1 pound beef sirloin cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 8 oz package mushrooms, cleaned and cut in half
- 1 package multi-colored peppers cleaned and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 large red onion cleaned and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients for marinade.
- Cut steak into pieces and add to large resealable bag.
- Pour marinade over steak, seal bag and place in refrigerator to chill at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
- Remove steak from bag and discard excess marinade.
- Cut vegetables.
- Thread steak and vegetables onto skewers,
- Heat grill to medium-high heat (approximately 350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Place kabobs onto hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes
- Skewers - if using wooden skewers, soak in water at least 30 minutes before using. If using metal skewers, handle with care using a hot pad.
- Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5-6 days.
