Sticky Chicken Finger Wraps
Sticky Chicken Finger Wraps combine breaded chicken fingers coated in a sweet and spicy sauce, wrapped in large flour tortillas with cheddar cheese, lettuce, and sliced tomato. The warm chicken coated with sticky sauce contrasts with the fresh crispness of the vegetables, creating a satisfying handheld meal. The sauce is made by simmering hot sauce, brown sugar, and water until thickened, coating the chicken with a glossy, tangy-sweet flavor. These wraps make a convenient snack or light lunch, easily assembled from deli or cooked frozen chicken fingers.
