Stir Fried Shimeji Mushroom

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter unsalted
  • 10 oz shimeji mushrooms
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic 
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • green onion garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and saute for 5 minutes. Add more butter if needed.
  2. Add the salt and minced garlic.
  3. Saute for another minute before adding the soy sauce.
  4. Saute for 4 minutes, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve. Top with green onions if desired.
