Stoli Doli
Stoli Doli is a homemade infused vodka where fresh pineapple chunks steep in Stolichnaya vodka for nearly two weeks. The resulting spirit captures the sweet, tropical essence of pineapple, making for a refreshing cocktail base. Once infused, the vodka is shaken with ice and strained into a martini glass for serving. It presents a clean, fruity flavor enhanced by the natural aroma and subtle sweetness of the pineapple.
Ingredients
- 1 pineapple fresh
- 1 liter vodka Stolichnaya brand
Instructions
- Slice the pineapple into chunks and place into a large container, preferably one with a spigot, such as a drink dispenser.
- Pour the Stolichnaya Vodka directly over the fresh pineapple until the pineapple is covered with vodka.
- Allow to sit for 12-14 days to infuse the vodka with the pineapple.
- To serve, pour the pineapple infused vodka into a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass.

- This recipe yields approximately one liter of pineapple-infused vodka.
- The vodka should be allowed to infuse at room temperature for 12-14 days for optimal flavor extraction.
- The infusion can be doubled by using twice the amount of pineapple and vodka.
- After infusing, strain the vodka and return to its original bottle or a suitable container; store in the refrigerator.
- Serve chilled by shaking with ice and straining into a martini glass.
