  • 180 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 60 ml lemon juice
  • 120 ml caster sugar
  • 120 ml whipping cream
Strawberry cream
  • 250 gms cream cheese softened, 8.8 oz. Philadelphia brand
  • 100 gms caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 250 gms strawberry
  • 200 gms caster sugar
  • 200 gms whipping cream
Decoration
  • strawberries
  • sugar
