• 70 ml butter melted, 2.5 oz

Lemon cream

• 115 gms cream cheese very soft (I used a reduced fat version which is more spreadable in consistency, 4 oz
• 180 ml sweetened condensed milk
• 60 ml lemon juice
• 120 ml whipping cream
• 120 ml caster sugar

Strawberry cream

• 250 gms cream cheese softened, 8.8 oz. Philadelphia brand
• 100 gms caster sugar
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 250 gms strawberry
• 200 gms whipping cream
• 200 gms caster sugar

Decoration
