Strawberry and Passion Fruit Caipirinha

When strawberries are in their peek season it is the perfect timing to muddle up this summery passion fruit caipirinha. Perfect for Mother's Day Brunch!

Ingredients

  • 1 lime cut into wedges
  • 10 strawberries sliced
  • 12 mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 cup coconut juice
  • 1 passion fruit halved
  • 3 ounces cachaca
  • 4 ounces club soda chilled
  • crushed ice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Divide lime wedges, strawberries, mint leaves, and sugar between 2 glasses and muddle.
  2. Add coconut juice and scoop the passion fruit pulp with seeds into the glasses. Add cachaça and top off with club soda, ice, and stir.

Notes

  • Substitute white rum for a  strawberry passion fruit caipirissima.
