Ingredients
- 4 cups spinach
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 sliced apple I used honey crisp
- 1 Sliced pear
Apple Cider Poppyseed Dressing:
- ½ cup apple cider
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon poppyseeds
- ¼ cup feta cheese
- ¼ cup Chopped Pecans
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 4 cups spinach, 1 cup sliced strawberries, 1 sliced apple, and 1 sliced pear.

To make the dressing
- In a small bowl, whisk together the ½ cup apple cider, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon honey, and 1 teaspoon poppyseeds. Pour over salad and toss.
- Top with ¼ cup feta cheese and ¼ cup chopped pecans.
