Ingredients
- 1 large apple (8 ounces), peeled and chopped (about 1 ½ cups)
- 1 ½ cups sliced strawberries
Instructions
- Place the apples and strawberries in a medium saucepan with ¼ cup water. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer and cover. Simmer 15-20 minutes until fruit is tender.
- Mash with a potato masher or fork or puree to desired consistency.
