Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberry frozen
  • 1 banana
  • 3 tablespoon peanut butter or other nut butter, natural
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk or other milk, unsweetened

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz until desired consistency is reached. Add more or less almond milk to get desired consistency.
  2. Garnish with fresh fruit, chia seeds or mint.
