Strawberry Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie

This Strawberry Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie blends frozen strawberries, ripe banana, natural peanut butter, chia seeds, and almond milk for a creamy and mildly nutty drink. The blend offers a smooth texture and a balance of sweet fruit with the richness of peanut butter, suitable for a snack or breakfast.

Description

The smoothie combines frozen strawberries and fresh banana with natural peanut butter and chia seeds to create a thick, creamy texture with subtle nutty undertones. Almond milk is added to adjust the consistency to your preference, resulting in a refreshing and wholesome beverage.

Optional garnishes include fresh fruit, additional chia seeds, or mint leaves for a decorative touch. This recipe uses natural nut butters that contain only nuts, but other nut butter varieties can be substituted. Any type of milk or even coconut water may be used to vary flavor or dairy content.
