Description

Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberry frozen
- 1 banana
- 3 tablespoon peanut butter or other nut butter, natural
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk or other milk, unsweetened
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz until desired consistency is reached. Add more or less almond milk to get desired consistency.
