Cup of Yum
Notes
- Soak and wash fresh strawberries 2-3 times. Then, remove the leaves.
- Use ripe fruit because it has the best flavor. When you use ripe bananas and fresh strawberries, it is sweeter and has more flavor which makes the smoothie taste better.
- If you want a thicker and creamier smoothie, you can freeze the fruit before blending it because frozen fruit makes the smoothie colder and more refreshing.
- The best to use a high speed blender, it will help make the smoothie creamier and smoother in texture, you won’t end up with chunks of fruit in the smoothie.
- I like to use soy milk for this strawberry banana smoothie recipe, but you can use other milk like almond milk, rice milk, oat milk or coconut milk.
