Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana , cut into chunks
  • 1 cup milk of choice (non-dairy milk if needed)
  • ½ cup orange juice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the frozen strawberries, banana, milk, and orange juice into a high-speed blender. Secure the lid and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
  2. Taste the smoothie and adjust the flavor as needed. For a sweeter smoothie, you can add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup and blend again. Or, add a pitted Medjool date for a fruit-sweetened option. Serve right away for the best texture.

Notes

  • Nutrition information is for the whole recipe, assuming you use soy milk. This information is automatically calculated using a generic ingredient database, so this is just an estimate and not a guarantee.
  • Have leftovers? Leftover smoothie can be poured into mini ice pop molds for a frozen treat later.

  • Update Note: This recipe was updated in 2025 to omit the optional pitted Medjool date from the ingredient list. You can still add it if you need more sweetness, though!
