Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Nothing beats a strawberry banana smoothie to get you going in the morning! Using my homemade strawberry puree made with honey will give this a flavor boost that can't be beat, but you can also use whole strawberries.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk or oat, soy, or rice milk
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup strawberry yogurt you can also use soy / coconut yogurt if needed
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries OR
  • 1/4 cup Strawberry Puree to taste
Optional Add Ins
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. You can add in more of the strawberry puree to taste if desired.
  3. Divide between two glasses and serve with a straw, garnished with a strawberry if desired.
