Strawberry Banana Smoothie

An easy, healthy smoothie that’s made with only a few ingredients. It's perfect for breakfast, a snack, or even dessert!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • I recommend using frozen strawberries and a fresh banana. If you have fresh strawberries, use a frozen banana. If you use fresh strawberries and a fresh banana, add ice to the smoothie to thicken it up.
