Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberry frozen
  • 1 banana peeled and sliced, fresh
  • 2 cup milk non-dairy milk works too
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey if needed to sweeten, or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or plain, strawberry
  • 1 cup ice optional

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and pulse until combined.
  2. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk. If it is too thin, add more fruit, or you can also add ice if using.
  3. Serve immediately.
