Ingredients

  • 1 ripe fresh banana, cut into chunks (frozen works too)
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries, hulled (see note if you'd like to use fresh strawberries)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (non-fat, low-fat, or whole milk)
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the banana, strawberries, yogurt, milk, and honey (or maple syrup) to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust with more honey, if needed. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more milk and blend to reach your desired consistency. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

  • If you’re using fresh strawberries, reduce the milk to ¼ cup. You will need to also add a handful of ice cubes to the blender to chill the smoothie.
