Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries , or frozen
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup almond milk low-fat milk, soy or oat milk
  • 1/2 Tablespoon honey , optional
  • 1/2 - 1 cup ice cubes*

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender (if using frozen fruit, don't add additional ice). Blend until smooth. Add a splash of milk, to thin, or additional ice, to thicken, if needed.

Notes

  • Add Protein: Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder, or 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, or 1/4 cup rolled oats.
