Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries , or frozen
- 1 banana fresh or frozen
- 1 cup almond milk low-fat milk, soy or oat milk
- 1/2 Tablespoon honey , optional
- 1/2 - 1 cup ice cubes*
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender (if using frozen fruit, don't add additional ice). Blend until smooth. Add a splash of milk, to thin, or additional ice, to thicken, if needed.
