Ingredients

SMOOTHIE:
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 ½ bananas
  • ⅓ cup orange juice*
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
TOPPINGS:
  • ½ banana sliced
  • ¼ cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Instructions

MAKE SMOOTHIE:
    Cup of Yum
  1. Blend frozen strawberries, 2 ½ bananas, orange juice, and honey in a blender until smooth.
  2. Use a tamper to help push down the smoothie contents.
TO FINISH:
  1. Pour the blended smoothie into two bowls.
  2. Top the smoothie bowl with sliced bananas, strawberries, blueberries, and chia seeds.
  3. Serve immediately, and enjoy!

Notes

  • *Add a few extra tablespoons of orange juice until you reach your desired consistency for a thinner smoothie bowl.
