Ingredients
SMOOTHIE:
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 2 ½ bananas
- ⅓ cup orange juice*
- 1 Tablespoon honey
TOPPINGS:
- ½ banana sliced
- ¼ cup sliced fresh strawberries
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Instructions
MAKE SMOOTHIE:
- Blend frozen strawberries, 2 ½ bananas, orange juice, and honey in a blender until smooth.
- Use a tamper to help push down the smoothie contents.
TO FINISH:
- Pour the blended smoothie into two bowls.
- Top the smoothie bowl with sliced bananas, strawberries, blueberries, and chia seeds.
- Serve immediately, and enjoy!

- *Add a few extra tablespoons of orange juice until you reach your desired consistency for a thinner smoothie bowl.
