Ingredients

  • 1½ cups strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 ripe banana peeled
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based; or water or juice
  • 1-2 cups ice
Optional Add-Ins
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender container, then blend until smooth. Add more liquid, ice, or fruit until your desired thickness is achieved. (If using fresh strawberries, use more ice!)
  2. Add optional add-ins as desired and blend again to combine.

  • Storage: Store a strawberry banana smoothie in the refrigerator for up to 1 day or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
