Ingredients
- 1½ cups strawberries fresh or frozen
- 1 ripe banana peeled
- 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based; or water or juice
- 1-2 cups ice
Optional Add-Ins
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 scoop protein powder

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender container, then blend until smooth. Add more liquid, ice, or fruit until your desired thickness is achieved. (If using fresh strawberries, use more ice!)
- Add optional add-ins as desired and blend again to combine.
Notes
- Storage: Store a strawberry banana smoothie in the refrigerator for up to 1 day or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
